Kemba, Kha Regent isn't exactly a high powered commander, but this is a great deck to play against other non-competitive decks. Mono white doesn't have the draw power or ramp to keep up with the faster decks in the format. This deck can scrape out wins occasionally through commander damage. With so much equipment and other pumps, Kemba, Kha Regent can get to 21 faster than you'd think. She's not the best vultron general though, so you need to run plenty of equipment that generate extra value (Any of the 4 Swords, Umezawa's Jitte, Mask of Memory, Sword of the Animist, Argentum Armor). Fireshrieker also goes very well with the Swords and Umezawa's Jitte for double combat damage triggers. The tokens you'll get from Kemba, Kha Regent can eventually lead to victory, but it will take a few turns. Raksha, Golden Cub and True Conviction can help you finish the game.
