This deck was initially built with the purpose to add powerful green cards with the power of Young Pyromancer such as Maelstrom Pulse and Abrupt Decay. This was of course before Assassin's Trophy was printed. I initially only had this Jund Colors with the effects of Life From the Loam and Raven's Crime providing a constant token fodder for Young Pyromancer. Thru play testing I added white splash for lingering souls to increase threat density and it works well with the lootings, loams.

The playstyle is mono black control with the graveyard effects of life from the loam, lingering souls, bloodghast. You aim to 1 for 1 your opponent's resources until they are in or near top deck mode before deploying your threat and cleaning up the game.
