Sideboard

This is my latest legacy deck, one that is perfect for my meta due to lack of Force of Will decks. It's faster than every deck with possible exceptions of storm, the nuts from belcher, and the nuts from manaless dredge. The ability to put a Griselbrand into play on turn 1 is arguably one of the most powerful things to do in legacy, and I want to abuse that! While there aren't many Force of Will decks in my meta, if I want to bring this deck to a larger tournament, having the Chancellor of the Annex package is powerful, and I feel like that they are necessary regardless, as it's the only way to stop countermagic in any way possible. I also have the sideboard Show and Tell package, since it can't be removed like Sneak Attack can, and is also a 3 drop instead of a 4 drop, which is a huge difference in such a linear combo deck. I like the Collective Brutality in the board as extra hand disruption, creature removal, and a way to fuel my gameplan without taking too much away from consistency. The Leyline of the Void s and Surgical Extraction are filling the same need, against dredge or decks with Snapcaster Mage . And I have the proper reanimation targets in the sideboard of Iona, Shield of Emeria , Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite , and Blazing Archon to help improve any matches.
