This is the second half of my 2HG pair. While heavily based off my current standard deck (which does great in 2HG), I made a few additions to this list, notably the inclusions of Managorger Hydra (because 4 players are better than two) and Negate (there are definitely going to be some non creature spells flying around).
The general premise is to get lots of mana, and then drop threats that can't be dealt with. With four World Breakers and two Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hungers, the deck is also great at punishing anybody who messed up on land drops - making it a 2 vs 1 and so an easy win.
It is also helpful that this deck is less affected by boardwipes (or at least, cheaper boardwipes such as Languish), as it makes them even less effective against the drain deck than they would already be.
If the drain deck gets off to a slow start, the lack of life could be an issue, but when capable of dropping World Breaker on turn 4, or Conduit of Ruin on 4 and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger on 5, there shouldn't be much that can outpace this.
The other way round is probably more preferable, as this deck can still back the other deck up with countermagic, protecting key bombs like Sunscorch Regent or Kalastria Healer.
it's also worth noting that even in 2HG, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger will generally only take 2 (3 if played early) attack to finish off (by milling) a player. This means that even if a controlling deck stopped the drain deck in its tracks, this deck would be able to finish the game rapidly.
One fairly unusual (and in my opinion, looked over) card to note is Altered Ego, which has an excellent time in any format (2HG, EDH, multiplayer) with lots of people, as it is far more likely to find something overpowered to target.
