Silumgar's scorn is a really good turn 2 and 3 play without having a dragon and is counterspell late game when we most likely will have one. Having a double blue mana cost forces you to go into a 2 color deck for consistency and speed. I choose U/W because Narset is absurd facing against other control decks and crux of fate honestly isn't good enough anymore to rely on. The only big problems I can forsee is U/W control has a hard time dealing with aggro decks. However, with encase in ice, last breath, and turn 2 counterspell I believe we can get better results than in the past.
