This deck is not supposed to compete with big-boi infinite combo decks or anything. It's supposed to be on a table and be sorta present/able to win a game every now and then. This is why theres no real tutors for the infinite combo like Curiosity , Tandem Lookout or Ophidian Eye with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac .

Even if you cant find Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac , you can always go for Time Reversal or Clear the Mind . The combo requires you to deal damage to a player, so all you do is shoot something thats not a player (shooting Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is always an option, desperate times call for desperate measures) and then stop the combo and after discarding all the cards from your hand, reshuffle and finish off the other people with Niv's damage.

Aside from the infinite combo hidden in the deck, the deck will most likely just try to win by shooting peoples faces and wheeling (wheeling with cards like Windfall , Magus of the Wheel and Dragon Mage , which will end up real good for you if you manage to get Narset, Parter of Veils out before the wheel) and just drawing and shooting stuff on the spot. You can also delete any creature when you attach Basilisk Collar or Gorgon's Head , giving Niv deathtouch and it will kill anything it shoots.
