Attended my first Standard event last night using a barebones Blue Flash deck. I liked the concept and wanted to build around the concept and the nearest competitive option was Simic Flash. New to Standard so my deck building is not that great, it's based mostly around what I've seen and can afford but any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
