Hello!

This deck is still in extremely early development, but I would like the finished product to be able to play somewhat competitively. Any suggestions for Stax/combo cards to include (and more importantly which cards to exclude) would be greatly appreciated!

I plan to slow down my opponents in the early game with Stax pieces and hate bears, like Drannith Magistrate and Tangle Wire.

As for wincons, Ad Nauseam can win the game on the spot, especially since my commander and the deck in general support low CMC cards.

Reanimating Razaketh, the Foulblooded or Vilis, Broker of Blood can also potentially win the game on the spot.

Once I reach my combo pieces (either through tutoring or card draw) I will win with infinite recursion loops such as:

Animate Dead + Leonin Relic-Warder

Luminous Broodmoth + Suncleanser

Boonweaver Giant + Kaya's Ghostform

Enduring Renewal + Walking Ballista

Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar

Painter's Servant + Teysa, Orzhov Scion

Lesser Masticore + Vizier of Remedies

Karmic Guide + Reveillark

combined with cards like Blasting Station and Altar of Dementia to kill my opponents.

Within my Stax pieces, I also have some other game-winning combos (although not always effective, they serve as a backup plan), notably Drannith Magistrate + Uba Mask and hope of ghirapur + grand abolisher + lethal vapors + glacial chasm.

Another way I can combo out with cards that already fit inside my deck well is with Lion's Eye Diamond loops, either using Auriok Salvagers or Hyena Umbra + Kaya's Ghostform + Restoration Specialist .

Lurrus serves to retrieve any combo/Stax pieces that die, helping with the razakats combo, forming some unique combos (for example Kaya's Ghostform + Lurrus of the Dream-Den + Phyrexian Altar ) as well as providing card advantage with my many baubles or similar cards.

There are some other infinite combos that kind of fit well in my deck (for example Heliod, Sun-Crowned + Walking Ballista ) but I don't think they will make the final cut because I already have combos to tutor for, and I don't want to draw a useless combo piece without the other half.

This will be my first "competitive" commander deck, and any general advice about CEDH would be quite helpful as well. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
