Ever since I pulled my first Rattlechains I wanted to build a mono blue Spirits deck in the style of Ninja Bear Delver or Faeries.

The idea: play an early threat, flash in Rattlechains or Ninja of the Deep Hours, then tap, counter or Vapor Snag your opponent to death. Don't forget to draw cards!
