My take on a mono-blue faeries deck that I play Legacy at my LGS. It was initially based on a pauper build and has started to include more legacy staples to face off against the multitude of decks I face. It has actually had pretty good odds all things considered but almost always does better when the sideboard is included.

It is missing the obvious in Force of Will and Wasteland instead of Ghost Quarter - I'm still building this deck on a budget. Having this deck on a budget also makes this deck that much sweeter when I beat the top tier decks like Reanimator, Lands, Omnishow/Sneakshow, and Infect.
