UNFINISHED, HELP WANTED

My playgroup is doing a challenge where each person is allotted 35 dollars to build an EDH deck, so this is the deck I am brewing to enter the ring.

35 Dollars sounds like a lot, but in reality, it isn't.

Even if I had 40 mountains, I would still have to buy 60 cards. Each of them would have to be 50 cents and under if i want Norin to be my commander.

I have multiple cards that are a dollar or two that are necessary for Norin to work.

So I am looking for bottom of the barrel 10 cent cards that function in commander.

Mono red sort of helps with that because it is so unplayed in commander the cards are cheap.

The way this deck wins is by stacking cards that do 1 to 2 damage whenever Norin enters, so when Norin enters 3-4 times in a turn cycle, it can start doing serious damage. Especially when you get genesis chamber and the damage doublers going on.

I'm using other cards like glacial chasm and crawlspace to stop me from losing the race.

This deck is unfinished, and I am looking for card advice. Given that I've already got all of the remotely pricey cards in the list, I want cards that are around 10-50 cents, which is very hard to find and do.

I've wanted a Norin deck for a long time, but I never had the money to make him work in the competitive environment, so when this non-competitivwe budget environment presented itself I figured it was the perfect environment to do it.
