This is a Stasis-Lock deck, fashioned after FatPow's RUG Turboland Stasis deck.
Adding the 4th color (White) gave me a lot of options I liked better than maindecking a lot of counterspells, which don't add anything to help you "combo out".
The idea behind the deck is to, for the first turn or two, play down some accelerators. Once you have enough on the board to keep you safe, either Tutor up stasis, or Play it down.
Several 1-ofs provide you with some great routes to victory:1) Kiora Ultimate2) Jace Ultimate3) Keranos
There's also the plan of beating face with 1/1s or the Slow Ral-Zarek Bolt plan.
If you can get multiple pieces on-line at the same time, the better for you.
Keranos, I've found, has been an absolute monster. The only answer anyone plays in the legacy format is Council's Judgment, other than counterspells. It's rare to ever make him a creature, even more rare to not have any other creatures while he is also one, so he can't be Edicted most of the time.
Some single card notes:
Blind Obedience - Helps against Hasty decks (Mono Red, Goblins, Sneak and Show) and helps enforce the stasis lock with new permanents.
Keranos - I mentioned it earlier. The guy is a house. In the end, he's going to be an amazing win-con for you.
Swan Song - I needed some Combo hate in the maindeck, and these turned out to be the best suggestion. They're amazing in a lot of matchups, and only bad in 2 matchups that I've found (DnT and Goblins).
Kiora - Garruk originally had this spot, where I reduced him from 4, to 3, to 1, then replaced him. Frankly, he didn't do enough. He's good if you have the lock download as he lets you untap. Just about any other time, his ultimate does nothing.mkiora has been excellent in testing so far, and her ultimate is no joke!
Horn of Greed - Sometimes you need extra fuel to go off. Late game, when you have multiple Rangers, it comes in handy to dig for a win condition. Every other time you play it early, it's pretty bad.
Good luck!
