First off, the name is a bit of a jab at the current trend of crazy manabase decks. All of our creatures can be cast with , and our instants with . As described below, this list is hardly novel, but rather perfects already good lists by adding Woodland Wanderer as a final threat.

We are in between an aggro and midrange deck, going with 24 lands instead of the typical 22 for Hardened Scales decks. The payoff is that we get to reliably play Woodland Wanderer, which can converge for 4 thanks to Prairie Stream and Cinder Glade. Woodland Wanderer is a great top end, as it can beat Siege Rhino in combat (either with converge for 3 or a lower converge with scales triggers), and remain defensive via vigilance.

Many Hardened Scales decks focus on protecting your Managorger Hydra as your top-end win condition. By adding Woodland Wanderer we now have another top-end threat that can carry us to victory after our opponent's removal runs dry.

Den Protector is also critical in this deck, usually getting back Dromoka's Command for removal, or a threatening creature that our opponent already dealt with. Because we have Hardened Scales, Den Protector's evasion is almost always turned on.

The sideboard is fairly standard, with the exception of Stubborn Denial against control and 4C Rally, and Radiant Flames against aggro.
