4c Villainous Green (Standard MTG Deck)

The gameplan is to make a lot of mana or possibly infinite with the courtesy of Singing Bell Strike and either 7 devotion and Karametra's Acolyte or 9 devotion and a Kiora's Follower + Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, then spend it on Villainous Wealth, Crater's Claws , Genesis Hydra, Polukranos, World Eater or Nylea, God of the Hunt . The deck performs surprisingly well and won a small FNM the first time it was played.

I wanted to have a fun time at the last FNM before FRF and take a silly deck. Everything went better than expected when I went 3-0-1 for a first place finish.

Match 1: 1-1 draw Jeskai Tokens
He had an alternative version built with with Purphuros. Game 1 Villainous Wealth for 12 into a Purphoros and a lot of tokens plus a Jeskai Charm to give my dudes lifelink got me out of the danger zone and into winning the game. Game 2 Villainous Wealth for 15 while I was at 2 life, didn't get the necessary Jeskai Charm to gain me life and he had a burn spell in hand. Game 3 went to time although I'm rather sure I would've won if not for that.

Match 2: 2-0 against GR random things
I got paired down against a newbie. I felt really sorry for him. He played random stuff like Runeclaw Bear and Dragon-Style Twins and was way too passive and I had to show and explain half of my cards to him.

Match 3: 2-0 against Abzan aggro/midrange
Game 1 was super close, he beat me down with a Rakhasa Deathdealer and then played a Wingmate Roc. He had me at 3 with the 2 birds in the sky and killed most of my mana things. A lucky Villainous Wealth for 5 into double Siege Rhino, Fleecemane Lion, Hero's Downfall and Abzan Charm Swung the game around hard and left him with only the 3/4 token bird. 2nd Game he was mana screwed and I took his Sorin and a Fleecemane Lion to beat him down. He actually had a End Hostilities in hand but only found a tapped 5th land in the end which wasn't enough.

Match 4: 2-1 against Jeskai Tokens
1st game I got beat down by a Goblin Rabblemaster with him disrupting me and burning me out. 2nd game I got out a turn 3 Polukranos which he couldn't answer. 3rd game was back and forth and I killed some of his stuff with Crater's Claws and a monstrous Polukranos. I ultimately him with a 2nd Claws after he just barely gummed up the ground with some tokens and exiled my Nylea, God of the Hunt with an Erase.
