1. Recursion - Genesis, Eternal Witness, Phyrexian Reclamation, Karmic Guide, the list goes on. Even your lands, like Volrath's Stronghold, help. Use your powerful recursion engines to eke out card advantage and as a power source for other outlets.

2. Sacrifice - Take advantage of your recursive creatures to throw them under the grindwheel - nuke hands and creatures with Attrition and Mind Slash.

3. Creature Power - Your spells come beautifully in creature form - extra handy when in comes to the recursion tricks you have!

1. Birthing Pod - A beautiful tutor which lets you build up the curve whilst triggering every enters the battlefield or leaves the battlefield ability you desire.

2. Mimic Vat - Don't have a creature to sacrifice? Make tokens. They work just fine. Abilities trigger too!

3. Reya Dawnbringer - Recursion in an angelic body.

4. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite - Well, your creatures aren't big, or flashy. Make your small critters hit harder with a bit of Praetor. Seize control with a 4 point P/T swing in your favour.

Tips:

Birthing pod is a card that requires a lot of knowledge to use - the deck is designed so you can slowly work your way up through the mana-cost food chain. Knowing when and what to get is the issue.

You have large amounts of mass-destruction - play with them wisely to minimise the damage you do to yourself whilst crippling your enemies.

Your creatures are all designed to generate card advantage, usually with enter-the-battlefield effects. Be sure to use that to your benefit.

Woodfall Primus can be recurred ad infinitum with Oran-Rief - the counters cancel out.
