The optimal opening hand is Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage plus land. This is the infinite combo and the first win condition. If the is not drawn, then work toward you're walls and getting Phenax, God of Deception out and online. Once he is out start using the walls to mill. I decided to splash green to make use of the Tree of Redemption and Psychic Drain combo, optimally you want to get you're life to anything over 13 then swap life totals, go to 13 and use you're now giant tree to mill massively. This is you're 2nd win condition combo, The 3rd win condition is the mill mechanic with the various mill spells in the deck and the assistance of Circu, Dimir Lobotomist to control their field and eliminate their kill condition, once you're opponent has a decent graveyard Consuming Aberration and Wight of Precinct Six can walk right on through the Rogue's Passage and right into their life. If the various aggro rackdos decks come up, side in the counter spells and mill them a little slower but more precisely that way.
