The key here is getting Ivory Tower + Lich in play together. Once that's done wait for you hand to grow or draw some cards with Braingeyser. During your upkeep you keep chugging along with extra cards. With Library of Leng in the mix it just gets nuts, you can't burn through the cards fast enough and you end up with a hand full of lands.

Did I mention the absolute reliance on counterspells? If Lich goes to the graveyard it's all over so blue needs to play support on this one. I only own the one Mirror Universe otherwise I would run with more, but the Copy Artifact can help in multi-player and the tutor helps too. With the crazy draw rate it's not too hard to find a one or two card inclusion in this deck and with the Library you can deck yourself easily. Trying to beef up the creatures to give myself a different means to play in the early game before dropping the Lich. You want to wait until you have the Ivory Tower out before playing the Lich. Splashing green would be nice to bring out Eureka and drop about 20 cards at once but the actual $$$ cost is too much.
