Revised Draft

Playtesting was quite dominant, I was able to get lots of sac triggers by reanimating Merciless Executioner and Chain Devil and I was constantly clearing the board with Grave Pact in addition. My draw power was really strong with Dusk Legion Duelist and Unspeakable Symbol to trigger it on everybody's turns. Even when my Grave Pact was removed, I just brought it right back the next turn with Carmen. I really like this deck and how multifunctional it is. That said, I added some sacrificial "boardwipes" and cut some of the underperformers, some were just too costly like Artisan of Kozilek and others for being good but just weak links in the deck like Benalish Sleeper since it doesn't work on reanimation like the others do due to its kicker cost. Gatekeeper of Malakir is arguably worse, but it is at least a Vampire so it can synergize with more of the deck than Sleeper can.

So far I've played 5 games with this deck and won all but one. There were multiple boardwipes and I started building back a little too slowly to keep the board locked down until eventually Approach of the Second Sun ended things. Besides that one outlier, I've been able to keep consistent board control as I end people with commander damage (or Vampire aggro in one game). Unspeakable Symbol + Dusk Legion Duelist did major work one game, but it seemed more lucky than actually good, so I ended up cutting Symbol for Verrak, Warped Sengir because it also pairs with Vona, Butcher of Magan while being more impactful long-term as a combat asset as well. I had symbol to sink excess life into a faster Voltron win as well as drawing more consistently with Duelist, but in every game so far, getting Carmen to threaten lethal took no time at all anyway, so Verrak seemed better value overall. If I end up being wrong, I can always switch back. Plus, with Amalia Benavides Aguirre, there's a bit more draw value anyway. Hedron Archive was the most expensive rock here, so it got the axe because the ramp was a bit superfluous. This is pretty close to the final version, I'd say.
