This is an idea for a deck that i've been toying with.

as from the title, the win con is to overload Dragonshift with an army of elemental tokens. the main engine behind the deck revolves around Young Pyromancer and Molten Birth , with Goblin Electromancer helping to reduce the cost of instants, sorceries and overloads, with Guttersnipe there to hit for 2, whenever you cast a spell.

for card draw, there is Divination and Steam Augury, with Izzet Charm, Syncopate and Mizzium Skin to protect your side of the board.
