Although it isn't as good as Esper, the potential for Orzhov Control is amazing. Even without cards such as Supreme Verdict and Sphinx's Revelation I have a feeling it can hold out against the Metagame and earn a spot in it. All the creatures, save Obzedat, Ghost Council, work as defense. Even Desecration Demon has it's way of stopping your opponent dead in their tracks. My other spells remove threats my creatures can't handle. Terminus is my personal favorite. Vault of the Archangel is a game-changer. If I'm playing defense but if I play it's ability it turns into swing and wreck your opponent's face, most preferably with a pumped- up Desecration Demon. Cavern of Souls allows Obzedat, Ghost Council and Gloom Surgeon hit the field easier. There is one awesome combo in this deck-

Gloom Surgeon+Vault of the Archangel- Even better than First Strike +Deathtouch.
