This is a token deck with a knight sub theme.Basically play token generating creatures like Geist-Honored Monk and then sacrifice them to something for value and then return them from the graveyard and do it all over again.With Elenda, the Dusk Rose out, all these creatures to sacrifice makes her bigger until eventually you can sacrifice her to get a ton of tokens or just attack with her instead. When Elenda dies, you'll want to send her to the graveyard so that her ability actually generates tokens. No commander tax on this commander, you have to get her back the hard way.Now, as to why the knight theme, well obviously because Elenda is a knight! Her ability has great synergy with Haakon, Stromgald Scourge. Keep playing knights from the graveyard and sacking them to make Elenda bigger. I you have a ton of tokens out, Mirror Entity works well with either Knight Exemplar or Kinsbaile Cavalier.Other win conditions is Cathars' Crusade. It just wins on its own with Elenda's ability.That's about it, have fun.
