An exile deck that's a pseudo tribal but instead of other nightmare horrors entering to trigger Umbris, it's Umbris himself that comes in. This deck is made to copy Umbris, Fear Manifest by using either or both Sakashima, of a Thousand face + Spark Double. Umbris must be on the board. Cast either Sakashima or Spark Double, targeting Umbris.

If Sakashima is out, you'll want to copy him with copy spells so that your board state keeps the "Legendary Rule" out of your side of the board. If Spark Double is out, you can simply cast the copy spells and target the Spark Double. Any copying spell should make these two cards your main priority. There are a few reanimation spells to help you get things out of your graveyard to find these two.
