Put together a budget highlander deck for a new format Budgetlander, where no card is allowed to be over $3.

Saprolings are fun.

The whole point of the deck is to mana ramp into an endless supply of token creatures (mostly saprolings), which can be sacrificed for more mana/card draw/lifegain to keep cycling through until you swing with so many creatures they can't do anything.
