Yes, yes, the name is a bit on the nose. Anyways, this deck can win by either shafting your opponents when wheeling (by having Narset, Parter of Veils out) or enchanting the glorious Niv-Mizzet, Parun with a curiosity-type effect (of which there are three: Curiosity , Ophidian Eye and Tandem Lookout ). This will allow you to infinitely draw cards and ping your opponents. If your library size dwindles, stop the curiosity loop by choosing to not draw a card and cast Echo of Eons or Time Reversal (nope, Timetwister is way too expensive) to refill and continue pinging.

If you have your commander out, can't find any curiosity effect to go with it, but have an Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter loop going, you can farm draw triggers, because the scepter actually casts its copies - just be aware of the size of your library.
