A Volo deck, with some Clones (because copying--and doubling--your Opponents' stuff is always fun. Riku of Two Reflections was my first ever Commander deck, and I'm treating this as it's spiritual successor except with only the good Colors. :P)

I have recursion and Exile effects to potentially clear the Graveyard of Shapeshifters[/Illusions] that end up there so that they don’t conflict with Volo. Everything else is a unique creature type (except Greenwarden of Murasa, but it Exiles itself so it’s fine.)

This deck has a bunch of alters, but most notably 2 sets of Land panoramas which I lovingly refer to as my "Tokaido Lands" (a reference to the panoramas in the board game Tokaido,) whose assembling I treat as a sort of mini-game within a game of Commander (hence the Land tutors/fetches.)

Basic Land Panorama

Dual Land Panorama

Thoughts:

Destiny Spinner conflicts w/ Volo as a Human, but you don't need two copies of it for it's effect, and it protects the rest of the deck from Counterspells. The fact that it can be countered itself is kind of concerning, but the other options in Allosaurus Shepherd and Prowling Serpopard conflict with other Creature Types and/or only effect Green Spells.

Spark Double gets you 3 copies of Volo, which is likely better than Bramble Sovereign (aside from fringe political uses), no?

I pruned most of the Clones without special abilities, though I would have liked to keep in Stunt Double for it's Flash (great w/ Seedborn Muse) and Gigantoplasm for it's ability to kill itself to copy a death trigger or even be a win-con/mana-sink in the late game.

Tempted to include Deadeye Navigator purely because Fierce Empath can find it (along with it's combo partner, Great Whale.) Or maybe Survival of the Fittest so I can use it to find Temur Sabertooth easier.. Didn't want to focus too much on tutors, since I don't want every game to feel the same, so I think I'll keep them out for now.. Will see.

Kinda tempted to run Fabled Passage just to maximize on panorama fetching..

Took out Creeping Renaissance as it costs a lot of Mana, and when compared to something like Reap, it leaves much to be desired.. And after cutting most of the Clones, exiling/returning Shapeshifters from the Graveyard isn't as big of a deal anymore.
