Mill deck Based on Fraying Sanity and aggressive cycling thanks to Abandoned Sarcophagus so we can still get the value from our cycling cards like Hieroglyphic Illumination and Countervailing Winds.

The main win combo being Fraying Sanity and Startled Awake   with things like Unsummon and Winds of Rebuke to make sure Persistent Nightmare   gets back into your hand.

Manic Scribe can be moved from main board to side board if you wish to keep your opponent on his toes with removal spells. in addition Nimble Obstructionist makes for a good creature to cycle to get delirium on Manic Scribe Along with Curator of Mysteries.
