So Tibalt don't actually suck anymore?!! This absolute madlad Tibalt, Rakish Instigator is about to Light Up the Stage with some pyrotechnics. This is a mono storm/spellslinger build enabled by chaining a bunch of mana rocks, spells, refill hand with his signature spell Wheel of Fortune , deploy Paradox Engine , and win the game with infinite burn to the dome with any of the following: Searing Touch , or Fanning the Flames . If any of my key combo pieces got disrupted, do it again ad nauseaum with Elixir of Immortality till everyone is dead.
