Sideboard


Hey planeswalkers, this is my new deck tech for the upcomming standard season.
I will primarily be playing this at FNM and among friends but I hope it is something competitive enough to hold its own at a GP.
The primary strategy for this deck is to use collected company to fling out Allies at the end of your opponents turn.

Card Breakdown:
One Drops

Cliffside Lookout - a 1/1 ally for with a mana sink for longer games. All Around okay. Mostly in here as a one drop ally.
Expedition Envoy - a 2/1 for is already what this fairly aggressive deck is looking for, Tacking on an Ally subtype makes this a perfect fit.

Two Drops
Beastcaller Savant - A hasty mana dork helps significantly with color fixing and spewing out your horde of Allies faster. Him being an Ally is icing on the cake.
Kor Bladewhirl - ALLY BEAR! a 2/2 for is already fine in this deck, giving our team first strike makes him extremely important in improving favorable attacks against other aggressive decks.
Kalastria Healer - His draining ability gives this deck reach while gaining a life every time an ally comes into play helps keep us in the game longer. Overall just a solid card.
Zulaport Cutthroat - In our deck he is a strictly better Blood Artist. All of our creatures being allies makes him strongly discourage boardwipes once hes on the field.
Dromoka's Command - a silver bullet to deal with a variety of situations. A second included in the board when needed.

Three Drops
Drana, Liberator of Malakir - Baddest B**** on (in) the block. A 2/3, flying, first strike Ally for is good here already, giving our entire team counters whenever she connects makes her amazing. I am only running three because she is legendary.
Lantern Scout - lifelink is an incredibly important keyword and granting your entire team lifelink is fantastic. Being attached to a 3/2 ally body makes this a 4 of auto-include.
Ruinous Path - the new standard in unconditional hard removal. A must have.

Four Drops
Collected Company - the major reason we are splashing over any other color. All of our allies are under 3 cmc and CoCo allows for multiple Rally triggers from one spell. The instant speed also allows us to trigger Rally on our opponent's turn. Everyone already knows how great this is.
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - The planeswalker built for our deck.
+1 adds some aggression if we top deck him.
0 allows us to farther bolster our numbers while also triggering all of our Rally effects.
-4 can be used instantly to give us an permanent +1/+1 boost to our entire board. Over all an amazing planeswalker for this deck, Auto-include. I only run 2 in this build because I want my mass of >4cmc spells to be as high as possible for CoCo.
