The deck uses pretty standard control cards such as the verdicts, the d spheres and the various counter spells to control the board long enough for one of the bombs (Aetherling, Blood Baron, Obzedat or the planeswalkers) to enter, preferably after a verdict wipe, and give me enough advantage to eventually beat the opponent into submission. I would really appreciate some tips and suggestions as I know I run more creatures than many control decks and I'm not very familiar with competitive play. Before you all jump to your keyboards though, the opportunities in the deck are compensation for my lack of Sphinx's Rev, so unless I come across them or some real money, I probably won't be able to add them.
