Just Looking for how to balance this deck and make it more usable in terms of accessing its full potential and being able to win some games with it. Would greatly appreciate feedback and opinions on how to better construct this deck to be a winner.
Creatures:
Blood baron of vizkopa is kept mainly due to his overall flexibility and utility, plus if I can get the life difference required he can become a massive beatstick who also shuts down aristocrats.
Firemane avenger is used for her battalion ability which synchronizes well with buffing up blood baron of vizkopa in addition to being a efficient flyer.
Foundry street denizen I'm a bit on the fence about, cause unless I get him early he's pretty useless.
Hellhole flailer is a unleash beatstick, the end.
Kingpins pet is mostly the efficiency of firemane avenger in a smaller, squishier package, and the extort ability helps some times.
Master of cruelties is one BAMF, he's extremely scary unless handled properly and in one attack could bring your opponent in range of being killed by a pebble.
Tajic, blade of the legion just attacks for tons of damage.
Thundermaw hellkite helps level the field if there's a bunch of flyers on the field and can immediately start swinging cause of his haste.
Treasury thrull can bring back my big guns if he gets a hit in which just might save the game.
Chandra, the firebrand can mimic my instant bombs for very low loyalty which might set me very far ahead in one turn.

Cleaver riot + blood baron at 10/10 or tajic battalion attack = gg life bar.
Gift of orzhova is mainly attached to either tajic, blade of the legion for a battalion/lifelink combo or to master of cruelties to guarantee the hit that drops my opponent to 1 life.
Killing glare in-case I get flooded with mana and need to nuke a massive beatstick.

One thousand lashes slowly bleeds an opponents life due to their own creature which they cant get rid of.
Searing spear because it does solid damage and the flavor text makes me laugh.
Warleader's helix synchronizes with Chandra, the firebrand's duplicate an instant and the heal/damage helps get blood baron of vizkopa into place to be a 10/10 monster.
