This deck is meant to hit fast, but it can stand drawn out battles as well.

There are plenty of pumps like Argus Kos, Glory of Warfare, and Scourge of the Nobilis.

There is some life gain to ensure that I can stay ahead of my opponent

There's burn to deal with certain pesky creatures, or to hurt the opponent.

Boros Reckoner tends to stall the opponent while I build up my forces.

The ultimate game finisher I've discovered for this deck is Boros Reckoner + Blasphemous act. By the time the combo is pulled off, the opponent usually can't handle 13 damage to the face.
