This is my try at a Modern deck. Basically a take on Red Deck Wins, but with a bit of control and life gain from white, with a couple of failsafes in sideboard.
Mainboard is mostly straightforward. Intimidation Bolt is actually a great creature stall that can set off guttersnipe. Ajani is in for his versatility, and Warleaders Helix is there for some good damage and good lifegain.
In the Sideboard, Wear/Tear and Oblivion ring are in if Enchantments and Artifacts are giving me trouble. Rest in Peace is there for some graveyard hate, which is a valid concern as the deck has a bit of trouble handling it. Blind Obedience is to slow down aggro, as well as derail an errant Splinter Twin. Blood Moon is for Tron, Artifacts, and Valakut mainly. The deck should still function fairly well with it in play, due to the equal distribution of Basic Plains and Mountains in my deck.
Browbeat is in the Maybeboard because I love the card and would like to fit it in, but I can't find a good space in either the Mainboard or the Sideboard, and the deck seems to function pretty well without any draw.
