This is a multiplayer decklist I made for Alesha.
You should be able to get this deck for TGC-low for under 35$. If you want to go even lower, or dont like going infinte, you can cut out the main combo and focus around beatdown
Early on, general gameplan is to simply cast alesha and start beating face with weenies and tokens. Our curve is pretty low, so we should be able to get our engines going while dealing with our opponents' stuff. If things go well, and our board position starts spiraling out of control, we can try to kill people with combat damage, but we don't need to rely on that. The main thing is to put pressure on your opponent. The immidiate threat of aggro gives us more time to set up our combos.
We have two main combos that we are trying to enable in some form:
Karmic Guide+ Reveillark + sac outlet for infinite etb triggers and reanimation.
With this, many cards give us ininite X to win us the game.
Zulaport Cutthroat drain
Maw of the Obzedat
pump Goblin Bombardment damage Xathrid Necromancer zombies Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit counters Cathars' Crusade pump
Murderous Redcapdamage (this one also goes infinite with anafenza+ any sac outlet)
The second combo is Boonweaver Giant+Gift of Immortality + sac outlet
It works by fetching Gift with Boonweaver, sacrificing boonweaver, and then letting Gift's ability return boonwaver, fetcing gift back from graveyard. Rinse and repeat.
If you dont have way of turning this to damage, then you have to kill Boonweaver once and fetch Fallen Ideal that you can return to your hand and then attach on any creature.
Here are some cards I think are interesting or might need explaining.
Discard outlets. Because of reanimation, getting cards into the graveyard is just as good as drawing them, and for that we have a few engines:
Deal Broker is just efficient
Key to the City Unblockability+looting is serious synergy here
Jaya Ballard, Task Mage
She is essentially a reanimatable planeswalker(well she IS a planeswalker). When discard is not a downside, the burn becomes seriusly useful. Also, she wrecks blue decks.
Lim-Dul's Paladin This is serious tech here. He attacks as a 6/6 or 4/1 if unblocked and serves as a discard outlet or card draw depending on what you need. The fact that he looks like the cover of a power-metal album is an added bonus.
Tutors: Buried Alive is one of the five cards here that cost over a dollar. The single best tutor that we can run, since it fetches our entire combo. This enables a turn 4-win if you land a god-hand.
Brainspoil
and
Netherborn Phalanx
Brainspoil gets us karmic guide, reveillark or maw of the obzedat. Phalanx gets us Noosegraf Mob or eviction, but it really is there to hate token decks and give card advantage.
Diabolic Tutor generic budget tutor
Sunforger im sure someone here has written a 5-page essay on "what is the best boros card and why is it sunforger?"
Misc:
Mirror Entity Can win the game by buffing your tokens, or act as a "sac outlet" in reveillark combo by putting an infinite amount of his ability on stack with X being 0
Fire Covenant
I love the suicidal flavor of this card. Some think the life cost to be too steep, but consider that when removing creatures with toughness 3 or less, this is an Anguished unmaking that can target as many creatures you like. The same logic kinda applies to Ashes to Ashes
Eldrazi Monument The most expensive card in the deck. It was worth adding because it single handedly can turn token beatdown into a viable wincon.
Fanatical Devotion Great way to protect your general and abuse triggers, but also a combo piece as a sac outlet.
Rescue from the Underworld
Reanimation+death trigger is pretty good. Being an instant pushed this one over the edge. I also really like the Greek mythology flavor behind this.
Any thougths and feedback on the deck is greatly appreciated!
