any sac outlet + Murderous Redcap + Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit sac the redcap, it comes back with persist and deals damage, triggering anafenza's ability in the process which removes his -1/-1 counter. repeat for infinite damage

any sac outlet + any creature that exiles something with his ETB and returns it when it leaves the battlefield the card remains exiled if you sac the creature in response to the ETB ability

any creature that creates tokens/revives another creature + Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle sacrifice a creature with the altar, then sacrifice the creature you want to revive and pay 4 to use Nim Deathmantle's ability, repeat for infinite ETB and LTB effects. With Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist on your battlefield it generates infinite damage; sacrificing and reiviving Ponyback Brigade or Siege-Gang Commander gives you infinite tokens; with Reveillark you can revive every creature in your graveyard except Sun Titan

Fiend Hunter + Sun Titan + any sac outlet exile Sun Titan with the hunter, sac the hunter before his ETB resolves. Titan returns, his ETB brings back the hunter. Repeat for infinite ETB/LTB triggers. With Zulaport Cutthroat or Blood Artist on the battlefield you deal infinite damage

Alesha, Who Smiles at Death + Master of Cruelties alesha can reanimate Master of Cruelties already attacking, getting around his "must attack alone" clause. this kills an opponent if him and any other attacking creature don't get blocked
