This is a funny idea I got, that I wanted to build.

The main purpose of this deck is to fulfill Hedron Alignment's win condition. There are a few steps to this process.1. Stay alive.2. Get Hedron Alignment.3. Put it in the right places.

  1. In order to first get Hedron Alignment, this deck runs a playset of Drift of Phantasms, which can be Transmuted to get Hedron Alignments (or rarely, Vexing Sphinxes), making a total of 8 Hedron Alignments. Clever Impersonator is meant to duplicate a Hedron Alignment on the field, so that Jace, the Living Guildpact can bounce the real one back into your hand. This deck also runs a lot of filter cards to dig deeper, such as Serum Visions, Taigam's Scheming, and Vexing Sphinx. Taigam's Scheming and Vexing Sphinx double as ways to get a Hedron Alignment into your graveyard.
  2. Once a Hedron Alignment is in hand, you will either have to get it into the right zone. Unless you need to save yourself with a Snapback, always play your Hedron Alignment, so you can Scry for the others. Getting one into the graveyard can be done with the aforementioned effects, as well as with Jace, the Living Guildpact's +1 ability. Exiling Hedron Alignments is most commonly done from your hand with Snapback, but can be exiled from the graveyard with Purify the Grave or Scrabbling Claws.

Of course, getting card:Hedron Alignments are simple enough (sorta), but the hard part is staying alive while your opponent tries to bash your face in; this is a control deck, after all. Stay alive with Holy Days, Snapbacks, and a Supreme Verdict when deemed necessary.Mana Tithe is a very underrated counter spell. Most opponents will expect you to leave open for a Holy Day, not Mana Tithe, so they will most likely tap out trying to play their win-con. This trick won't work after game 1, so sideboard it out for Disrupting Shoal, which is also underrated. If you go on to game 3, you'll have to use a combination of Shoals and Tithes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This deck was made to be budget-ish. Any upgrades are listed in the "Maybeboard". Suggestions are always appreciated.
