This isn't your grandma's vampire deck.
DECK TECH
CREATURES:
Olivia Voldaren - Allows me to jack creatures by damaging them and then bringing them over with her abilities. She also buffs with her first ability and pairs up well with Bloodline Keeper when he transforms and Captivating Vampire.
Bloodline Keeper - Normally, a 4-drop for a 3/3 seems a bit silly. However, tap a Swamp with some vampires out and transform him, and he becomes really scary really fast. He buffs all my vampires massively when he becomes Lord of Lineage
and can also pump out 2/2 tokens that become 4/4s when he transforms.
Captivating Vampire - Pretty much Olivia Voldaren but without all the abilities. Like Bloodline Keeper, I tap things to do something, but I tap vamps so I can steal creatures instead. He also gives all vampires I control +1/+1, so that's a plus.
Mirri the Cursed - A massive pain in the backside for anyone I'm facing. When she hits the field and goes unanswered, she will build up her power and she will build it fast. One of the few flying creatures that can dodge around decks without answers to fliers.
Stromkirk Captain - A basic buff creature. He gives all my vampires +1/+1 and first strike, making them nastier than before. Not really much else to say about him.
Vampire Nighthawk - Hello, who wouldn't love this little bloodsucker? He has 3 abilities, is a 3-drop, and is so easily buffed in this deck. I can use him to kill big creatures, gain life back, and dodge around ground creatures. (And maybe kill them too.)
OTHER SPELLS:
Murder - Typical killspell that can wipe out anything I point it at unless it gets an answer.
Fall of the Hammer - This can be a killspell if I've got the right creatures out. It's like a Prey Upon but without the drawback of damage getting dealt back to my creatures.
Go for the Throat - Murder all over again, except I can't do much about artifact creatures. I don't really think I'll have to worry about that.
Lightning Bolt - Zap! Potential killspell as well as a way to bring a game to a screeching halt by scorching my opponent.
PLANESWALKERS:
Liliana Vess - She may not fit in the deck, but I'm pretty sure she's a vampire or something of the sort. She can discard cards, I can tutor with her, and then I can pull all dead creatures onto my end of the field with her ultimate. One heck of a nasty planeswalker.
Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded - Yes, I know he's not a vampire. Despite that, he's really useful. I can use him for easy card draw (with a drawback of discarding a card), hitting an opponent for damage equal to the number of cards in their hand, and his ultimate is an Insurrection on a stick.
