+1 counters Ftw. This deck is all about pumping up your guys as big as you can get them as fast as possible! It is still in its prototype phase I need to figure out what numbers i need to run of each card and what to trim to get it down to 60. I really like the interactions of Abzan Battle Priest, Abzan Falconer, and Ainok Bond-Kin in this deck but I'm not sure if they will pull their weight in the end. Any and all suggestions appreciated.

I think i might want to add some more removal/ control for defence but Im not sure if this would be stronger as a pure aggro build

Card analysis:

Ajani, Mentor of Heroes does not trigger heroic abilities but with hardened scales on the field can dish out 6 +1 counters to up to 3 creatures... Not too shabby

Ajani Steadfast in here because of the -2 ability. If phalanx leader isn't out this is another way to pump your whole army

Hardened Scales one of the staples of the deck. Makes everyone bigger almost twice as fast. They don't trigger heroic on their own so not sure if I need the full playset but having 2 on the field means getting 3 +1 tokens for one heroic trigger. If that is on phalanx leader thats huge!!

Lagonna-Band Trailblazer with so much aggro in standard right now I expect this guy to be a work horse. You played a goblin guide on t1? Thats cute so what? O you play blood soaked champion? Let him hit his head on this. Also out of range of anger of the gods without any heroic trigger

Soldier of the Pantheon with khans of takir in standard now the amount of multi coloured spells is unreal so he should do quite a bit

Phalanx Leader get this guy on the field with hardened scales and watch your entire army become huge fatties
