this is sort of like blue moon, but slightly different.

early game locks down your opponent with Blood Moon Spreading Seas Lightning Bolt Remand and Spell Snare

the suspend cards Greater Gargadon Riftwing Cloudskate and Reality Strobe all do crazy things that will screw over your opponent and help you out in the late game.

Snapcaster Mage brings back your counter spells late game and also your draw spells like Serum Visions and Remand if there is a pesky craeture, just Lightning Bolt it.

Fury Charm does a lot for the deck. it removes time counters kills artifacts, and can give your gargadon trample to finish your opponent off.

Timecrafting helps remove time counters late game so that things come into play faster.

Past in Flames lets you have one turn to stabilize with instants in sorcerys from your grave. its a big snapcaster.
