Ramp mana (Apprentice Wizard, Dreamstone Hedron, Caged Sun, etc). Cast Memnarch only when leftover mana is sufficient to protect him from at least two sources (General's Kabuto, Eel Umbra, Counterspell, etc). Continue to ramp mana and protect Memnarch while stealing opponents' permanents en masse.

Memnarch is the core of the deck and draws a lot of hate, so there are numerous tools to protect him here.

Grand Architect + Pili-Pala = infinite mana; Palladium Myr + Pemmin's Aura + Mycosynth Lattice = infinite mana; infinite mana = "Gain control of all permanents. For the rest of the game, if a permanent would enter the battlefield under an opponent's control, it enters the battlefield under your control instead."

Spellskite + Pemmin's Aura = lockdown of targeted assaults on Memnarch

Training Grounds, Liquimetal Coating, Neurok Transmuter, Mycosynth Lattice make Memnarch more efficient
