"The best offense is an aggressive defense. For 'Murica." - Heliod, God of the Sun addressing the men of the American Legion.

The idea of this deck is to pillowfort with enchantments, building up to something big and stompy, or token spam for a win-con. Alternatively, sub in AEtherling when they try to sideboard against enchantments. Aurelia, the Warleader and Medomai the Ageless would also be entertaining.

The big synergy of this deck is Sphere of Safety and Heliod, God of the Sun. Once the All-American Pillow Fort is assembled, the next thing to do is Assemble the Legion and win.

Once again I find myself being disappointed by Purphoros, God of the Forge in this deck. Sure, he lobs shells over the walls of the pillow-fort whenever creatures enter the field, but they only do that with some frequency when I have Assemble the Legion in play, and I'm not sure that's enough to justify the presence of General Purphoros in this deck any more. It also helps that I still don't HAVE any of him yet. For much the same reason, Stormbreath Dragon has been taken out of the SB, as it makes for a very nice hypothetical win-con, but not a very practical one when it doesn't exist. For now, it's replaced by a second Aurelia, the Warleader

Instead, I've decided to trial mainboarding some counter-magic, in the form of Render Silent, and dropping the land-count to 24 to make room for 2. I've replaced them in the sideboard with 2x Counterflux and another AEtherling (as I had 3 Render Silent in the SB). I may end up replacing it with Dissolve which has a slightly easier casting cost and has Scry 1 instead of a Silence effect.
