Cephalid Breakfast with Aminatou as Oathbreaker and Demonic Consultation as Signature Spell.

The strategy is quite simple. Try to get Laboratory Maniac and, with Aminatou in play, cast Demonic Consultation to exile the entire deck. We then use Aminatou's +1 ability to draw from an empty library for the win.

Alternatively, we can also use the Cephalid Breakfast strategy. Here, we use the ability of Nomads en-Kor and repeatedly target Cephalid Illusionist to mill out our deck. This triggers the Narcomoeba ability which puts it back into play. We then sacrifice the Illusionist, Nomads and the Narcomoeba to pay the Flashback cost of Dread Return to reanimate Glory of Angel's Rise. This returns all Human creature cards from our graveyard back into play leaving us with an empty library, Laboratory Maniac , Hapless Researcher and Grand Abolisher in play. We then sacrifice Hapless Researcher for the win. Fast, easy and virtually undistruptable.
