Round 1:
1-2 against white humans splashing red for Boros Charm
. Game 1 I got crushed, and after sideboarding I managed to stabilize in game 2, getting the eventual win, but in game 3 I couldn't keep up.
Round 2: Went 2-0 against someone who hasn't played in a while using an intro pack. Didn't have problems winning this round.
Round 3: Went 0-2 against the RWU decks that have been showing up lately, with Boros Reckoner being a major problem for me. I almost had game 1, but got finished by burn. Game 2 I was completely overrun.
Round 4:
Went either 1-2 against a five color deck, with Crypt Ghast, Farseek, and Ranger's Path for ramping into things like Griselbrand. Thanks to a bit of mana flooding and my opponent running out of threats, I won game 1. Game 2, he managed to win. In game 3, he pulled off the Vizkopa Guildmage/Exquisite Blood combo and I lost.
Final thoughts: I had a bit of trouble getting a good opening hand, as I often had to mulligan. Not sure if it's a shuffling problem or a problem with my deck. Even with the amount of ways to deal with creatures, I had trouble with aggressive decks. Boros Reckoner was a MAJOR pain, and I need a way to deal with the RWU deck. Unburial Rites and Paraselene will be coming out of the sideboard. Really wish I had more Sphinx's Revelations.
