I used to think Anafenza was a half-decent card. Then I found out she costs 3 mana, unlike the other Khans. I mean, a 4/4 for three is decent by itself. Then it pumps an attacker or an outlasted thing. And just for fun exile creatures instead of kill. Death to Solti.

This was a block specific deck, but then I remembered about Reap What Is Sown, Nature's-Panopoly, and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes. I always thought outlast would be better at instant speed so you still have blockers and ridiculous if they didn't tap. These all do that. What I like to do is any of these plus hardened scales. Double the counters, double the pain.

I don't run Siege Rhino mainboard because I like Ivorytusk Fortress better.

Mer-Ek Nightblade is to costly to run for a mid-range.
