Niv Mizzet and Maser of Cruelties are there for lols. Niv Mizzet for card drawing power and then Master of Cruelties for the Ral Zarek +1 and other burn cards to get the opponent to 1 then a nice lil burn to top it all off.

The cackler and jester are there for early life stab and then possibly burn to death later or burn/counter the enemies creatures in order to keep on attacking.

AEtherling will be there to both block and attack for late game presence if it ever get to that point.

Ral Zarek is there for his utility in giving me that extra mana and tapping an opponent creature, say Boros Reckoner, or to burn that Thragtusk if it got past my counters.

Guttersnipe is there for...well you know...Pretty much when he is out, I am on the defensive and conserving my mana to them instants to counter and deal damage while sitting pretty.

Really the only thing I am having a hard time with is the mana fix. What should I add more and less of? Or do I have it right?

Edit: I also know my lack of a Side Board and am working on it. What I do know is that 3 Slaughter Games is going in and after that you can make suggestions.
