This deck is a modification of Capital Punishment. I put my own twist on it.
Basically, I believed his deck lacked a clear vision - it was waffling between being blue and white. I decided to make mine dabble in both. His also wanted to have angels matter and mine does that now, but not in as much as it could.**** 7/19/2012Alright guys, I've done all I can with this damn thing. For most decks, it does very well. It has a lot of interaction. Geist, I added for flavor. Truth be told he doesn't actually work that well.
Does bad against very fast decks and elf/tribal decks but if you side in the four wrath of gods and the extra path of exiles you might stand a chance. If it's a deck that blows it's load quickly, play a wrath of god and you win. If they can somehow get their creatures back you better pray for another one because that's the only way you're going to win.

I'm experimenting with a few cards. Iridescent Angel is nice but too slow. Sublime Archangel is something I'm experimenting with now since I frequently have a thousand birds on the field but nowhere to go with them. I'm also playing with Tamiyo, the Moon Sage, Odric, Master Tactician and Moonsilver Spear. I like Moonsilver Spear because it usually gains me 1-2 life per turn due to the Seraph Sanctuary's and it creates permanent angels however I need a way to get more mana on the field faster. Tamiyo, the Moon Sage deals with my no cards problem. Let me know what you guys think. -------8/6/12Put Tamiyo, the Moon Sage to the sideboard to deal with Eldrazi nonsense and any fatties that I don't like. Now only two, currently. Sublime Angel is a beast in this deck if she gets out and lives for a turn or two. Added Arctic Aven for the life gain and blue. Also added Favorable Winds and Moonsilver Spear (YOU GETTA KEEP ANGELZ?)
