The deck is based around viridian joiner. To tutor viridian joiner you can use drift of phantasms and elvish harbinger. Once you get joiner in put on an umbral mantle and so long as you've got enough mana sources you're good for infinite mana. Aim high is good value with joiner because it not only gives it two more power but also untaps it allowing for you to tap it for mana again. Dream's grip can be played to tap an opponent's land or creature and/or untap joiner for another bundle of mana. Once you get either a large or infinite mana source you can play Emrakul, max out helix pinnacle, or if the coast is clear swing for a kill with joiner. Greater good is basically tutoring half your deck while keeping loads of floating green mana to play anything you want. I threw in wall of roots because having an extra mana to spend every turn is useful when you're trying to kickstart a combo. Drift of Phantasms is a bad blocker and it's purpose is to transmute into joiner, you can play it to defend weaker if you're really desperate. Chancellor of the Tangle provides a piece of green mana but can be put onto the field with a modest joiner. Simic charm pumps joiner and is pretty good as a utility so I put a set in. I have a llanowar augur to help out with comboing joiner. Vines of Vastwood protects creatures once they resolve and can get joiner loads of mana.

As for lands there's 4 Botanical Sanctums, 4 Breeding Pools, a Haunted Fengraf gives you a little hope if joiner gets burnt and llanowar reborn grafts into a better joiner as well as provides green mana.

This is one of my first decks i've made and i'm kind of new to magic. I don't play paper magic besides casually so i'm not worried about price. I really would like any suggestions on how I could make it better and it suffers from having few ways to cope with counterburn. I'm thinking of putting in might of oaks since any mana you put into buffing joiner will come right back. I also might add some more mid-cost creatures/spells that I won't even have to combo into. I think this deck has some potential and i've already made a lot of progress from the wreck it was in the beginning. From my testing I can consistently get emrakul into play on turn 5 in a vacuum. All criticism is welcome.
