Introduction

The other day, while looking at the C19 preleases, I noticed a card. An absolutely broken card. That card was Anje Falkenrath. While at first, I didn't understand what it did, after watching a cEDH match with it, I realized just how powerful she could be, even on a budget.

There are several good reasons to play this deck. First off, the deck is very cheap to build. I never had the money to buy an expensive cEDH deck, however I believe this deck could keep up with them as is, and definitely could with a couple mana rocks that are outside my price range. All in all, this deck could keep up with $5000 decks with a couple improvements, and will make your casual playgroup suffer.
Its really simple, actually. Anje's ability says that you can tap her, discard a card, and draw a card. HOWEVER, if the card you discarded had madness, you untap her. By filling this deck with cards that have madness, we draw through a lot of cards each turn. That way, we can dig for the combo pieces really fast.
Winning with Anje is simple. We rely on the Worldgorger Dragon + Animate Dead combo to get infinite mana, and then use Anje's ability as many times as we want until we discard Cut / Ribbons and sink infinite mana into it. Our other win combo is Twinflame + Dualcaster Mage to make infinite creatures with haste.
