There are a few ways to play group hugs. Try to win or not. Help balance the table or equally give. Helping in different ways. Peacekeeper or promoting speed foe the game. Gifts of cards kor effects. This deck is not trying to win (though a winning focused person could mill out others if they wanted...), but enabling everyone to be able to play whatever in their deck they like the most. Basically, give them card draw, card play, mana, make things cheaper, and make it so any color land can play anything. Counters are generally to be avoided except to counter counters. Any gifts should have board helping effects- if everyone gets their own helm of awakening, everyone profits. The result of this I expect will be chaos the further in you get. Eventually you can get everyone having a huge mana pool, infinite handsize, and 20+ card draw via Folio of Fancies. ...Maybe can add in casting things at instant speed for a more equal footing timing wise.

The general idea is artifacts/group hugs. Meant to be group hugs that encourages more rule changes that can benefit everyone, rather than normal. Mycosynth Lattice in particular can help with colors for mana, and let us interact with other players' permanents with assumption they are artifacts (so anything that helps all artifacts on field helps everyone, even if playing non-artifact deck).
