The goal of this deck is to be as annoying as possible to play against. This means it has counter capabilities, of course, but it can also silence the opponent, take control of the opponent's cards, end the opponent's turn prematurely, and worst of all, generate unlimited extra turns for the player, stopping the opponent from ever playing another card again.

Functionally, this operates by utilizing Isochron Scepter and supplying it with a range of useful instants (like Mana Drain and Orim's Chant), but the best one is Narset's Reversal, which allows you to play a copy of any instant or sorcery card and not lose it.
