Based off of the Pioneer version, this Modern-legal (but casual) deck, built similar to my Goin' on a Zombie Hunt, is designed to mill yourself out using Treasure Hunt to draw through the 53 lands in the deck and win with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Laboratory Maniac.
Reliquary Tower provides answers and fuel for Trade Routes. Routes gives purpose to unused mana after filling up the hand, or running out of Hunt draw power. It also offers a potential win-draw at instant speed.
The man-lands provide their own benefits, as this deck has no combative creatures. Mobilized District, Inkmoth Nexus, and Blinkmoth Nexus can provide a slower, damage-based alternate wincon, but is meant to keep aggressors from eating your face before you can empty your library.
Mystic Sanctuary allows for mid-late game recurrence of Treasure Hunt, adding some solidarity to Hunt's purpose in the deck. While Zhalfirin Void offers a touch of Scry while working with limited in-hand resources.
The decks win-rate is abysmally low, but is a lot of fun to play and gets a good giggle from everyone that plays against it. Furthermore, the $100 pricetag isn't extremely budget, but the sheer novelty of this deck made it a fun cardboard addition to my deckbox.
